Eva Willy – the nature girl. She loves to be outside, surrounded by animals. Eva has not only a good feel for all animals, as a horticulturist she also has a big knowledge of plants and trees. Her experiences as a tour guide and horse trainer in Canada are well appreciated on the Ranch. She takes care for the herd of 60 cows and gives valuable advices in questions of animal behavior. Eva loves the natural lifestyle and of course her family.
Menduri Willy – is the man on the farm. The trained farmer takes care of the logistics on the River Ranch. Improvisation is his forte. He is not only the professional for irrigation-, haymaking and repair jobs – but organizes overnight trails and acts as the outdoor chef. A certain importance to "Mendi" is his family, the welfare of the animals and a good coorperation with the team.
Lynn Willy - ist die Tochter von Eva und Mendi und der kleine Sonnenschein der Ranch. Immer gut gelaunt ist sie stets dabei wenn es auf der Ranch etwas zu tun gibt und packt fleißig mit an. Ihre gute Laune erfüllt jeden und lässt das Herz aufgehen.
Margit Kaenders - von allen nur Mia genannt, ist seit Juli 2009 als "Mädchen für alles" auf der Ranch. Mias Lebensinhalt auf der Ranch ist die "Arbeit" mit Lynn, der Umgang mit den Tieren, die Auffrischung und Aktualisierung der Internetseite und vieles, was an Büroarbeiten anfällt . Besonders am Herzen liegt ihr ein harmonisches, lebensfrohes und lebendiges Leben mit ihren Mitmenschen, das gegenseitige Geben und nehmen und ihre Familie in Deutschland.
